Description from BoardGameGeek.com: "221B Baker Street is the London address of the world's most celebrated fictional detective, Sherlock Holmes, and his dedicated companion, Dr. Watson. In this game you start at 221B and travel through the streets and alleys of London picking up clues and attempting to solve the most intriguing cases Holmes and Watson have ever faced. Each player assumes the role of Holmes and matches wits with the other players to determine who possesses the most skillful powers of deduction. The basic game includes 20 cases (40 in the first UK Gibson Edition), and eight additional sets of cases are available from the publisher (www.johnhansenco.com). Each case is represented by a card that features a crime told in story form, a selection of probable suspects and a list of locations involved in that crime. Clues are hidden throughout London, one in each of fourteen locations. Players must collect clues from each location, noting them down on their checklists as they attempt to find the answers to the questions listed on the case card. The original 1980s version of one of the best mystery-solving games ever made, "Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective." In this game, you read the introduction to the case book, then use the London Directory and map to find suspects, read what they have to say, then move on to the next witness. When you feel you have the case solved, see if you can answer the questions correctly in the Quiz Book. Everything has a great Sherlock Holmes and London atmosphere. All the books used in the game are in excellent condition, and feel like-new, I'm not sure this copy was ever actually played. The box is in good condition, with no split corners, but it does have some spots where the box artwork has faded-- see the sides of the box top in the first photo, and the boxtop side in the last photo.

This is a real mouse, professionally taxidermied and preserved. It is not a toy. I use feeder mice that come frozen and are humanely killed.

Wonderful, vintage hand crafted miniature pewter frog. He is a frog detective. Has his Sherlock Holmes hat and pipe. Produced by Hudson Pewter of Hudson, Mass. 1982 Hudson Fine Pewter 2694 U. S. A.
